Before you submit an application to Registers of Scotland, you need to know it won’t be rejected. Getting accurate plans and identifying any rights or burdens protects your clients and speeds up the registration process.

Our Reports

We source all our plans reports directly from Registers of Scotland to give you the most accurate information available.

Every report includes a full bounding description and deed plan alongside a written description of the property, which we compare to the Cadastral Map.

What you get

We offer three levels of report to match what your transaction needs:

Level 1

Confirms whether your documentation meets the 2012 Act registration requirements and flags any conflicts with existing cadastral units.

Level 2

This replaces the old P16 Report. You get everything from Level 1, plus confirmation that the property can be identified on the OS map and that boundaries match the physical features shown.

Level 3

The most detailed option. You get everything from Level 2, plus information on exclusive and shared areas like servitudes and burdens, and other registered interests including mineral rights.
